DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To receive customers and know their needs
Advise and explain to the customers the service rendered by Qatar Automobiles Company
Perform initial diagnosis in accordance to customers description of problem
Prepare Job Card using the SAP System
Order and monitor parts equipment of each customer
Asses repair requirements and provide estimate
To load the workshop and ensure technician idle time at minimal level
Ensure that units are released as promised
Ensure that all pertinent documents and requirements are satisfied prior to start of repair (i.e. Purchase Orders, Warranty Approval Slips, Letter of Authorities, etc.)
Ensure that prevailing labor rates, parts and material prices of Qatar Automobiles Company are followed
To ensure that requested repairs are at the highest quality levels and that customer vehicle are returned clean and in tip top condition
Provide market, trend and customer opinion feedback to the General Job Senior Service Advisor. And together brainstorm for countermeasures and strategies to be recommended to the Service Manager
To present a smart appearance and to maintain a clean reception area with a smooth flow of traffic
To handle simple customer concerns
To coordinate with the Service Supervisor and the Service Manager matters that are major and complicated
Perform other tasks that maybe assigned by Service Department Management
