Responsibility :
- Do all operational activities for sales and distribution department to increase Citibank’s account.
- Manage budget for all promo at Jadebotabek area.
- Managed and supervise to all kind of booth, flyer, application, gimmick, poster, banner, etc. and its distribution to all Citibank National Branch and Jadebotabek promo.
- Managed all Citibank’s vendor for booth, banner, application form, flyer, gimmick, poster, copy machine, etc.
- Analyze and monitoring all the promo at Jadebotabek, make evaluation report from the account promo.
- Ensure to all promo running by standard procedure, include promo code & Bank Indonesia registration.
- Prepared the Support And Promotion Personnel’s salary, incl. the allowance for HR Department every month.
- Handle invoice & reimbursement for all operational division.
- Build relationship with Cititbank’s partners, building management, event organizer.
- Report directly to Promotion Manager, Channel Division Manager, and Jadebotabek Sales Head.
