Field Process Engineer

a principal with Namvaran Consulting Engineers Managers Co., has 13 years of project execution, unit operation, commissioning. His extensive experience includes the overall responsibility for Control Engineering, Pre-commissioning, commissioning Engineering, construction, and start-up of oil and gas refining, petrochemical, utilities and storage tanks. His experience covers all project phases from feasibility studies, preparation of feed package, and EPC project execution to start-up and operational troubleshooting. He has good experience in execution of Oil / Gas refinery and petrochemical plant Start-Up.

He has started-up crude distillation, NHT, Catalytic Reforming and Amine sweetening units in Lavan Refinery. Also, he has good experience in operation of Reception facilities, and utilities such as water desalination/Storage Tanks / Demineralization, Steam Boilers, Air , Fuel systems, Condensate / Condensate Back up Stabilization, Amine sweetening, Ethane Recovery units in Phases 4&5 of South Pars Gas Co. Besides, he has experience in commissioning and start-up of Reception facilities, NHT unit, CCR unit, storage tanks, utilities and off site in 4th Aromatic Petrochemical plant.
He was an expert start-up team leader in trouble shooting, Catalyst Loading / regeneration of many Catalytic units such as NHT, ISOM, CCR and Conventional Catalytic Reforming.
Before joining Namvaran consulting Co., Mr. Molaie served as site Supervisor with Energy Industry Engineering Design Co.-EIED for 3 years in 4th Aromatic Plant (The biggest Aromatic Plant) in Assaluyeh port. He has good experiences in start-up of CCR, NHT, Storage Tanks, Fuel Gas and Drainage System. He also served 3 years with ENI Co. (with Dietsmann as sub-contractor) as Process units Instructor and start-up supervisor, in 4&5 Phases of South Pars Gas Company in Assaluyeh. He started his career with National Iranian Oil Co. for more than 6 years in process design, engineering, and start up of Crude distillation, Naphtha Hydro-treating Unit, Catalytic Reforming Unit and Amine sweetening Unit in Lavan Refining Co. He served as Operator and Boardman of Gas Plant, Naphtha Hydro-treating Unit, Catalytic Reforming Unit of Abadan Refining Co.
