Implementation standard of inspection test plan (ITP) and quality control procedure (QCP) as per company agreement
Conduct inspection for installation such as:
1. Lighting, power, grounding & communication system layout
2. Panel board, local control station, transformers, electric motors and motor operated valve
3. Cable tray for lighting, power and communication system
Perform inspection for testing as follows:
1. Continuity test and insulation resistance test for lighting, power,
Communication cable and panel board
2. Continuity test, insulation resistance test and polarization index test for electric motors prior to energize.
3. Continuity test, insulation resistance test and oil dielectric strength test for transformer.

COMPANY : METRIX ELECTRODYNAMICS
Position : Electrical Service Engineer
Inclusive Date : March 2006 to May 2007

Implementation of standard practice such as:
A. EASA – Electrical Apparatus Service Association
B. NEC – National Electrical Code
C. IEEE- Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers
D. NETA – International Electrical Testing Association
Attend Technical meeting and perform plant site inspection for on-going project
Make scope of works and project schedule for quotation
Estimate Electrical project for bidding and on-going project materials requirement
Doing constant inspection of on-going project that need change during arises construction
Evaluation of project accomplishment and report directly to project manager
Supervised and initiate tool box meeting for on-going project
Coordinate project in-charge for lock out / tag out procedure prior commissioning such
as AC/DC Electric Motor /Generator/ Transformer
Perform commissioning (no load / full load) with project in-charge and submit test
result.
Make a project turn-over and acceptance certificate to the client
