• Prepare the corrective & preventive maintenance program of E, I&C dept.
• – Work in hazard area classifications and using multi gas detector,
• Using HART COMMUNICATOR, calibration pump, simulation devices, capture,

• I prepared all documents and instructions for E&I dept., and prepare the documents needed for ( ISO 9001) such as maintenance and calibration procedure, etc.
• Prepare the spare parts list and strategy stoke.
• Training plan.
• Execute the corrective & preventive maintenance for instrumentation and control System in the plant.
• Determine analysis and solve the instrumentation and control problems with suitable suggestion or modification.

Inverter panel, pumps, air compressors, hydrogen generator, nitrogen generator, air dryer, chiller unit, chlorination unit, drumming machines.
• Reporting to plant Manager.
• Contacting to E, I&C suppliers locally or abroad and following up the purchase orders.
• Developing process control strategies.
• Providing technical services to maintenance & operation divisions with regard to Instrumentation related to the process control & associated auxiliary control System.
