Seeking a challenging position in the field of Maintenance / Project Management in Oil & Gas / Petrochemicals / Power Plants, to maintain for the productive enhancement by continuous efforts of my Engineering Skills & by latest Tools and Techniques.

1.Installation, O&M of Reciprocating / Rotary / Centrifugal Compressors, rating up to 70,000 M3/hr, Multi Stage Pumps, ranging up to10,000 M3/Hr, delivery pressure up to 182 Kg/cm2, Static Equipment like Heat Exchangers, Reactors, Columns, Towers, Vessels, Tank Farms, etc., Short & long term Planning, Action Plan for the Annual T&I / Opportunity Shutdown, Control & implement Maintenance to meet the production Target, Coordinating & participating in the newly commissioned Maintenance Management System, Materials Planning & Spares Inventory etc., in a Large Sized Refinery & Petrochemical Plants in Saudi Arabia, OLNG Gas site at Oman & Reliance Petrochemical in India, totally for 8.5 years.
2.Planning & Maintenance of 4x135MW=540MW-13.8KV Generator Output Condensing Steam Turbine with Coal Fired Boilers, rated 460 T/Hr. of Steam at 145 Kg/cm2, 3.6MW -BFW Pumps-rated 506T/hr. at 182Kg/Cm2, 1.12/0.32MW rated FD & ID Fans & Coal Mills in a large sized Aluminum Smelting unit Power Plant in India for nearly 1.5 years.
3.Project Execution, Installation, Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance, Planning and Over-Hauling & Alignment of Diesel Engines / DG sets and independently handled single set Rating up to 5000 BHP/ 3.2MW & Multi DG sets, up to 12MW-Output Voltage at 440V/33KV, Waste Heat Recovery Systems & other auxiliaries in LNG Construction Site, Continuous Process Industry / Manufacturing Plants and served with DG dealers both in India & Overseas, totally for 25 years.
4.Installation, O&M, Planning of Chilled Water Systems, HVAC, Packaged & Window Air Conditioning Plants, Air Driers, Water Softening & Dematerialized Plants, Wind Mill Generators, Air Humidification Plants, Yarn Conditioning Plants, etc., in Continuous Process Industries / Manufacturing Plants.
5.Being the Departmental Head for over 25 Years, I can independently handle the Manpower’s, Solving Technical Problems & Liaison works effectively

Now working as an Engineer-Mechanical on Manpower Supply-As Base Crew from M/S Al-Suwaidi Industrial Services to M/S PETRO RABIGH, a joint venture of SAUDI ARAMCO with SUMITOMO CHEMICALS-JAPAN to provide Refining of 400,000 BPSD Crude Oil, 95 million Cubic Feet /day of Ethane, 15,000 BPSD of Butane with Petrochemicals Complex- one of the globally recognized REFINERY & PETROCHEMICALS COMPLEX, in the western region of Saudi Arabia. Presently, I am looking after the Short & Long term Planning, Co-ordination, Control & Implementation of Maintenance programs of Refinery Plant Equipment with associated Piping, Emergency Diesel Generating Sets, Action Plan for Annual Shutdown T&I Jobs & Opportunity Shutdown works, Control & follow-up implementation programs to meet Production Target, Participating in the newly Commissioned Maintenance System & testing the new version of Work Management system, Materials Planning, Spares Inventory, etc., & handling the works with a team of 10 Technicians.
Further, handled the Planning & Execution of construction work related with Petrochemical Equipment in a prestigious Petrochemical Complex of SABIC Group in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia.
