PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

(A)- May 2009~ To Date
Working as Technical Executive in Kansai Paints (Pvt) Ltd Pakistan. It is Japan's most advanced paint manufacturer and is now recognized as a world leader for its technologies and service network. It is supplying a variety of products ranging from automotive and industrial coatings to decorative paints. My major responsibilities are monitoring of paints manufacturing and their quality control as well as development of new products according to customers requirements. I am one of the team members that developed Cathodic Electro Deposition paint first time in Pakistan for the leading automotive manufacturers of Pakistan including Toyota, Suzuki, Nissan and Hino.

(B)- December 2004~May 2009
Have working experience in ICI Paints Pakistan in various positions at different locations both in Pakistan and abroad.
• Worked as lab chemist in laboratory where I did quality control of pretreatment chemicals and automotive paints.
• Provision of technical services regarding pretreatment chemicals of Nihon Thai parker at Suzuki, Toyota, Nissan, Hino and BWL.
• Provision of technical services regarding CED and automotive paints of Kansai Paints Japan at Suzuki, Toyota, Nissan, Hino and BWL.
• Participated in installation and commissioning of reciprocators and electrostatic guns at Toyota Motors Pakistan as a representative of ICI Paints Pakistan.
• Participated in installation of new anodic electrodes at CED paint system of Toyota Motors Pakistan as a representative of ICI Paints Pakistan.
• Participated in expansion and installation of new paint shop at Pak Suzuki Motors Pakistan as a representative of ICI Paints Pakistan.
•
• Spent more then one and half year as a representative of ICI Paints Pakistan at Islamic Republic of Iran for the provision of technical assistance to marketing and sales team regarding pretreatment chemicals, CED and automotive paints.
• Conducted successful trials of CED paint at leading automotive manufacturing companies of Iran including Iran Khodro, Iran Khodro Diesel and Iran Khodro Khurasan.
• Conducted successful trials of Nihon Thai Parker pretreatment chemicals at Iran Khodro Diesel.

(C)- August 2003~December 2004
Have working experience as a lab chemist in SICPA Inks Pakistan.
