Advisor to the Company on all HSE matters including regulatory compliance and reporting requirements.§ Developing HSE policies/procedures as needed and continually revising existing systems.§ Spearheaded the completion of a Quantitative Risk Assessment for all Operational areas of the facility and assist with their revision.§ Development and execution of HSE Audits and Operational Reviews plans§ Accident/ Incident investigation and reporting.§ HSE Training for Staff- (Job Safety Analysis; Orientations, Work Permitting; Hazardous and Dangerous Materials, Forklift Safety, Emergency Preparedness and Response, Accident and Incident Investigation and Reporting)§ Environmental Monitoring and reporting for Corporate and Environmental Management Authority requirements.
