Pass information to the manager time to time about the customers and service related issues and absence of the manager carry out whole duties on behalf of him. Major involvement comes for Purchasing (International & Local), Marketing (Oil Drilling Companies & Detergent), Inventory management. Analyzing all business oriented activities.

 Role in International Purchase

• Forecast the sales requirement
• Prepare the Product Costing
• Price bargaining. Payment terms discussion and shipment mode (CIF,CFR, FOB, Etc )
• Issue the purchase order.
• As per the Proforma Invoice arrange the payment either L.C or Bank Transfer
• If required any verification or inspection for material quality, arrange quality inspection through agencies like SGS, Etc.
• Prepare Letter of Credit and submit to the bank.
• If shipment on the basis of CFR or Ex-Works take the insurance locally
• Shipping documents handling
• Take Import permission from Ministry, if required any special permission for restricted material, take necessary actions like End User Certificate, Fire & Safety, Local Police verification.
• Insurance Claiming. If occurred any damage while packing due to poor packing claim to the supplier.
• Avoid Demurrage at the port, if make any delay in getting the shipping documents from supplier, charge the Demurrages from Supplier.

Role in Sales & Marketing
 Develop the market in the field of Oil Drilling and Detergent.
 Major customers are Slam burger, Rowan, Hugayath , Abudawood Etc.
