12 Years experience in Construction Projects Instrumentation and Control Systems Engineering,Estimation,Planning,procurement,Testing & Commissioning in Refineries, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas Plants. In addition to Maintenance, Shutdown & Start-up.

• Appropriate knowledge of applicable codes,
standards, specifications and good engineering practices in the industry.
• Installation and modification activities in Control Room for DCS ( like Honeywell ,ABB .. etc ), ESD, PLC ( like Allen Bradley, Modicon Quantum,.. etc ), SCADA, F&G ( Vesda HSSD System and HIMA system ) , various instrument cabinets & associated interconnection wiring, Control Panels, Control Desks, Instrument Racks, Relay Cabinets and Mimic Panels.
• Installation activities for various types of field instruments like Transmitters, Junction Boxes, Pressure Gauges, Pressure Switches, Level Gauges, Level Switches, Temperature Gauges, RTDs, Thermocouples etc.
• Preparation of Junction box and marshalling box wiring termination drawing, field instrument termination details, control loops and instrument control schematics drawings, I/O schedule, logic diagram and cause & effect diagram.

• Selection of field instruments as per relevant hazardous area zone, gas group and ignition temperature classification such as Explosion proof inst. (Exd), increased safety equipment (Exe), intrinsic safety instrument.
• Cost and man-hour estimation activities.
• Preparation of Instrument process and pneumatic hook-up drawings, air supply header and sub-header.
• Tenders Estimation for cable, tray, pneumatic tubes, Impulse piping, fittings, accessories and instruments from P&ID drawings, location and cable routing drawing instrument hook-up drawings preparation of bulk material off, MTO etc.
• Familiar with Pneumatic & Hydraulic Controls and other control equipments i.e. Compressors, Turbines, Tanks, Vessels, Furnaces, Burners, Reactors, Pumps and other production equipments.
• Familiar with SAP Program for notifications, work orders and Spare Parts (SPIR).
• Witnessing of Calibration and commissioning of Control Valves, Flow, Pressure Instruments, Level Instruments, Temperature Instruments and Electrical Devices.
• Preparatory work for Calibration Certificates, Cable Test Report, Loop Check Sheets and Functional Test Reports.
• Routine maintenance of field instruments and trouble shooting.
• Loop checking and Pre-commissioning, Functional test and Start-up.
• Commissioning, Closed & Open Loops, checking & testing of Relay based instrumentation Control system.
