Responsibilities:
• International Recruitment.
• Contribute in the annual salary increases, adjustments and bonuses proposals and insure that they are implemented accordingly.
• Contribute in preparing and implementation of HR P&P’s in Arab Bank branches in all countries, and insure they are properly communicated across the country.
• Providing operational support to HR country managers in Arab Bank branches in formalities concerning HR P&P’s and Labor laws.
• Provide statistical reports and personnel records compilation and ensure data integrity in HRIS.
• Coordinate with various HR functions and any other party at Head Office with regards to personnel matters concerning the employees in the countries
• Provide advice and support to Arab Bank affiliates and subsidiaries with regard to HR issues when requested.
Other Responsibilities:
• Preparing and Controlling HR budget at Arab Bank Head Office and at other branches in other countries.
• Administering, controlling, and monitoring some key and highly important employee's salaries and expenses, and providing highly confidential reports for the CEO and top management
