I am a very hands on materials controller/ coordinator /and manager I have also worked on the last couple of projects in and along side procurement looking after the purchase orders materials requisitions expediting of these materials negotiating with clients about pricing cost effective delivery’s.
I have vast experience in all disciplines of materials control. I have worked with piping mechanical electrical and structural. I have worked in building oil and gas rigs onshore and offshore oil refinery’s aluminum smelter projects which all have passed off on time and schedule with 20 years in this discipline the knowledge I have in the receipt and issue of materials is 2nd to none I have helped in setting up data bases when company’s don’t have a materials control systems I can produce os&d reports for any discrepancies in the materials received free issue by the client or purchased by the company employer I have overseen the logistics and transportation of all material deliveries to site paint nde and to other sub contractors I have worked in stores and warehouse with materials inventory and locations stock numbering alongside job numbering I have liaised with the client on materials shortages late deliveries producing shortage reports arranging meetings  to discuss eta,s and how quick we can  expedite these materials
