Work involves all aspects of Radio Communications, Organizing services and Supplies, Correspondences (E-mailing),

Having seven years experience in merchant ships as a Radio Officer cum Navigational Officer (3rd mate).
Having 4 years experience in Offshore industry as a Barge administrator, currently working with Intership Pvt. Ltd. London based, as a Barge admin in angola offshore on Accommodation Barge Olympia

Academic Qualification 10+2 (By science stream)
GMDSS cert.
Radio Telephone Operator License, awarded by Govt. of India.(R.T.G.)
1 Year diploma in Computer Application (Sound knowledge of MS-Office & Internet).
Six months diploma in Computer Hardware (Knowledge of System Installation & Local Area Networking & Fault Finding).
having all STCW courses required for seaman.

10+2 college cert
1. GMDSS Cert
2. STCW Courses (AFF, Adv First aid, Proficiency in survival craft and Rescue boat, PSSR, Ship Security Officer cert.

Work involves all aspects of Radio Communications, Organizing services and Supplies, Correspondences (E-mailing), Maintenance of radio, fax, photocopier, etc. Handling Inventory & Stores, General Administration including handling documentations and liaising for agent, port authorities, immigration, customs, clients etc, and also maintenance of barge accounts like salary, telephone calls etc.
Coordinating between Charterers representatives and Intership Management and assisting in resolving any issues / problems. Also coordinating with the Client Safety Officer & Ship Security Officer to ensure all safety procedures are in place and complied with.

Presently doing 2 months on 2 months off with my brother, Barge Olympia is under Charter of Chevron, in Angola Offshore.
