Job Title: Project Engineer
Role:
•Providing technical & commercial input for the contracts at the estimation phase, also Study projects & services tenders for Oil & Gas Sector companies. Prepare technical offers and evaluate the cost estimation.
•Prepare projects budget, schedule, execution plan, progress reports, cost analysis, cash in & cash out status
•Join the planning team to put the project management plans
•Review engineering submission, documents and deliverables to assess constructability and consistency with contract requirements
•Investigate market, evaluate materials quotations and prepare materials requisitions, monitor material delivery and subcontractor performance
•Coordinate all project related activities with other departments and sections to ensure effective integration of tasks and minimize potential delay
•Ensure the availability of necessary resources for the smooth execution of the project
•Prepare and attend co-ordination meeting with clients, subcontractor, negotiate schedule execution plan and further technical and approval issues
•Supervise the manufacture processes and construction activities, ensuring that it meets the project specifications and requirements, working to improve the manufacture processes in order to sustain smooth operations.
•Co-ordinate with relevant certification agencies for the endorsement of regulated activities
•Participate in the preparation of all final documentation during the closure of the project
•Participate in EPC projects, such as, Flow lines installation/ Overhead transmission lines / Tanks / Compression Stations, Oil & Gas Process Facilities….etc. working as a project engineer / project manager
