Over 32 years of progressive responsible work experience with 16 years of varied experience in the management & control of large scale EPC (Engineering, Procurements & Construction) projects in the Oil & Gas Refinery / Petrochemical Industry (construction, commissioning & start-up fields in the Middle Eastern countries). Responsible and highly competent in Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) programs and related matters i.e.; HSE Project Procedure, Policy & Practices, Risk Assessment, Job Safety Analysis, HAZOP Review, OSHA 3245–09R/2005 Incident Analysis & Reporting, and HSE Auditing & Management. I’m recently certified by the British Safety Council (BSC Level I & II – Supervising Staff Safely). Ability to lead and work with different discipline, possess the ability to analyze and to present complex HSE issue to the project management.
