„± Working with DCS system CS3000 R3, Prosafe RS SIL-3, Prosafe SLS HIPPS SIL-4 and Stardom SCADA system by YOKOGAWA.
1. Preparation of the Basic design for the logics/sequences/loops of the project.
2. Generation of the Logics, Complex control loops, Sequences for the project
Using Software‘¦s of CENTUM CS3000, PROSAFE RS which depends upon the project inline with the basic design prepared for the logics/sequences/loops of the project.
3. Subsystem communication between Yokogawa systems and other party systems.
„± Performing operation and maintenance of Gas Turbine Compressors (Solar Mars-100) and Gas Turbine Generators (Solar Taurus-60). Experienced in Process gas centrifugal compressor controls, Surge controls. Solar Gas turbine engine Turbotronics IV & Turbotronics II controls.
„± Operation and maintenance on PLC (Control net-RS logix 5000, processor 5563, 5562, Flex I/O)
„± Machine Conditioning & Monitoring System (Bentley Nevada-1700, 3300 series).
„± Experienced in Graphic Building in Plant Scape Control-SCADA system.HMI development using Wonderware V9.5 and iFixi Historian packages. (Cimplicity and wonderware).
„± Familiar with P&IDs, Interposing Relay Panels, Block Logic Diagrams, Relay Logic Diagrams Etc.
„± Maintenance and trouble shooting of Fire & Gas Systems(EQP based- Eagle Quantum premier ) Emergency shutdown system (Detronics make IIIR flame, PIRECL, H2S detector)
„± Various types of pneumatic well shut down panel and process platform panel. (Mid-south, Haven automation, Ruelco, willmax)
„± Preventive, corrective & breakdown maintenance, operation & trouble shooting of instrumentation for Processing Platform critical System, equipments & instrument.
„± Shutdown maintenance planning and execution.
„± Plant Modification & Changes as per change management procedure
„± Schedule job planning using MSP system(Maintenance strategic planning, BG STEP Process)
„± PM (Checklist) preparation for maintenance & completion of scheduled preventive maintenance as per AMS.
