Duties and Responsibilities. „« Planning, Developing, Implementing,
Developing HSE culture among with Employees and good health promotion initiatives and promoting HSE incentives.
„« Carrying out periodical HSE Audit including audits of permit to work and Emergency contingency plans/ equipments.
„« Carrying out the risk assessments, Environmental impact assessment and application of control measures.
„« Application of loss prevention and proactive accident prevention control measures.
„« Investigating and reporting to accidents/ incidents/ near miss.
„« Conducting periodic departmental safety committee meetings and consulting on health safety and environment aspects.

„« Emergency response planning and development of procedures, conducting of mock drills and fire evacuation
And accident.
„« Control of hazardous chemical/ substance and use of material hazard data sheets and labeling.

„« Plans inspection of systems of work provided and work place precautions.
- access and egress, working at height,contiengency plans,
- Electrical systems, confined space and hazardous environment.
- Plant equipment includes cranes, electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, mobile stationeries and portable power tools.
„« Conducting the tests on permit to work and lock out tag out procedures to company employees and contractors. .
„« Checking the competency of crane operators, Riggers, fire
Watchman etc.
„« Evaluation the Personnel protective equipment.
„« Periodic inspection and test of portable and fixed fire fighting equipment and fire protection system.
„« Environmental monitoring of Air emissions discharges to water and soil contaminations, waste disposal recycling and re-use etc.
Contractors, vendors, and suppliers: Liaising and providing
information on companyˇ¦s HSE procedures, rules and
Regulations, giving induction training on HSE aspects
Conducting permit to work tests for supervisor and carrying out
Regular inspection and audits of their HSE performance.

Supervised the erection of heat reclaimers added to existing heat recovery steam generators which involved approval of contractors HSE plans, reviewing of risk assessments and job hazard analysis,
Provide the relevant material for use in conducting weekly workers safety meeting etc.

For last seven (08) years, I have been working as a Safety Advisor/officer/Supervisor in various organizations together with some of the internationally reputed names like ( WorleyParsons, Bechtel Corporation My job responsibilities include Safety supervisions, execution of projectˇ¦s safety procedures and successfully completing to the clientˇ¦s satisfaction. I have also been involved in management, safety training, preparing incident/accident investigation reports, safety statement and various reports. I have extensive experience in PBS (people based safety) WMS (work method statement) and Bechtel safety core processes.
