Human Rresources and Administration Manager.

I am interested in applying for a Human Resources Manager position with your organization. With my education background, my training in Human Resources Major and all Human Resources, Administrative processes, and my work experience.

In addition to academic work, my experience also includes Negotiating skills, social work, managing Human Resources Processes like Change Management, Performance Management System, Multicultural recruiting, International Compensation & Benefits implementation, Administration, Expatriates Management, Organizational Development all within international and multicultural environments with multinational companies. I have also lead multicultural teams implementing various projects.

I have a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from New York University, graduated in June 1986. I also have a Major in Human Resources from Hamburguer University at Oakbrook Illinois from when I worked with McDonald’s. A major in Integral Management Program from Politecnico Grancolombiano in Bogota and I am certified in PNL and Coaching from a technical school in Buenos Aires Argentina. I am also certified on Leadership Core Curriculum from McD´s Virtual Educational Center.
