Be a Supervisor Process / production my responsibilities are:
Control smooth operation of Wells & Plant under safe, healthy & environment control condition. Control plant optimization any type of abnormality in the system to control all parameters added product. Monitoring of all process plant and equipments including starting and stopping machinery direct, safe and smooth plant operation and handling of emergencies regarding equipment like centrifugal & positive displacement pumps, compressor, instrument air compressor, heater, heat exchangers and loss of utilities.
Safe handling of chemicals & also control its inventory as per requirement.
Coordination with all the departments regarding the maintenance jobs under safe work permits procedure. Developed start up/shut down& optimization procedure, conducted various start up, shut down & optimization and handled various type of emergencies.
Gather data from other fields and complete own data for Daily Production Reports.
Control quality of products &Environment as per standard.
Actively performed annual turn around of the units.
Write new and update exciting procedure and work instructions.
Participate in HSE meetings and company initiative.
