Job responsibilities

- Monitor all export and import shipments.
- Review import documents prior to shipment and inform supplier to finalize the shipments.
- Preparation of export documents and arrange legalization
- Arrange transportation for export shipment
- Coordinating with Customs Clearing agents for easy clearance of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Make arrangement through Customs Clearing Agent for export and import of equipments on temporary basis
- Arranging transportation for moving chemicals and equipments to locations as and when required.
- Updating incoming shipments to the import shipments record.
- Monitoring expiration date of Customers Authorization letters for customs clearing agent to avoid delays in customs clearance.
- Custodian of office stationary
- Preparation of purchase orders thru Scala accounting system.
- Preparation of Monthly shipping report (export shipments) for management reporting.
