i am sibi i had completed DME & ASNT LEVEL II i have 7 years experience in oil & gas field in India and gulf

Raw material inspection of pipes, flanges, fittings etc…
Verification of isometric drawing with respect to P&ID.
Line check up punch list preparation and clearing
Inspection of pipe spools in fabrication shops.
Walk through inspection of erected pipe lines.
Responsible of generation of punch items.
Witnessing of pneumatic test hydro test, flushing & system lay up.
Reinstatement inspection of completed /erected pipelines.
Co ordination with NDT for coverage of testing according to pipe class.
Conversant with Welding Process- SMAW, MANUAL GTAW GMAW and with material SA106 Gr B, SA333,P1,P8,TP304, TP304L, TP316, P316L & CuNi.
Ensure correction or completion of punch list items.
Check and assure that all joints are exposed for examination during pressure test.
Check vents are open when filling and draining lines.
Witness final pressure tests, including verification that pressure gauges have adequate
