Working as OpCo Document controller/Clerk in RasGas Company Limited, Doha, Qatar in Documents & Standards Section of Operation Department. Reporting to EDMS Administrator.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provide hardcopies and softcopies, scanning capabilities and drawing conversions to readable electronic (PDF) format to project engineers.
• Keeping control of revision control of documents as well as red-lining documents.
• Controlling of receivables/deliverables documents from/to authorized sources as well as document transmittals.
• On-time Updating of Master Control Library / Integrity Critical Library of Documents.
• Other internal reporting to senior authority in department.
• Responsible for record control and handling electronic files to register documents using company’s electronic Document Management System
• Perform data entry to maintain logs and track documentation for queries
• Maintain filing system and record copies of project documents according to company’s procedures
