Worked as a safety engineer Dawood Hercules fertilizers.

Responsibilities:
01-Issuing non conformance reports and maintaining NCR logs for non-compliances and violations
2.- Ensuring that all injuries, accidents, incidents near misses, hazards are reported, recorded and investigated
3.- Ensuring employees are provided with proper PPE's tools and equipment, safety toolbox talks, safety induction programs, daily activity briefing etc.
4.- Maintaining contact with external agencies like fire brigades, government hospitals, clinics, local governing project authorities etc, facilitating emergency responses
5.- Ensuring distribution of all communication documents to personnel at site on health and safety plan
06-Liaising with medical staff with respect to casualties incurred during accidents and health related issues.
07- Implementing the Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental requirements in compliance to company's IMS and country regulations.
Other job responsibilities would include:
08- Developing, amending and adopting IMS manual procedures, activity hazard analysis, risk assessments, job safety and environmental analysis, project QHSE plan, ITP, environmental impact assessments
09- Monitoring all project related QHSE activities
10-Coordinating client, consultant, statutory agencies, third party meetings, inspections and audits
11-Preparing and implementing audit inspection schedules
12- Issuing non-conformance reports for deficiency violations and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented
13- Ensuring project quality requirements are complied for, that all material/equipment received are conform to project scope of work, and match technical specifications and international code and standards.
