Currently project at Lucky Cement (Karachi) having 3 lines each 3300 TPD
Job Description & Responsibilities:

„« Responsible for the installation, erection, commissioning and operation of
15Mw condensing steam turbine, Six Water tubes boilers (3 boilers 14.5 ton/hr, 1.25MPa, 360oC & 3 boilers 6.5 ton/hr 1.25MPa, 280oC), R/O Water treatment plant (10 ton/hr), Cooling tower and other plant auxiliaries.
„« Alignment of steam turbine, generator, fans and pumps.
„« Hydraulic tests of all steam and water pipe lines and boiler tubes.
„« Project Monitoring & Coordination.
Foreign Training of WHR:
„« 1 month training of operation of 8.0 Mw WHR power plant at SDIC HAINAN Cement industry Chang Jiang China.

Responsible for carrying out successful operation & maintenance of Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Boiler, Demineralization-Water Treatment Plant, Cooling Towers and Other Plant auxiliaries.
Ability to monitor the performance of the plant locally within a varying range of
Load condition.
Ability to provide support to incidents in emergency situations.
Anticipating and responding effectively to the operational demands on the feeders.
Ability to perform fault diagnosis, work planning, management and using sound judgment.
