I am Human Resources Director plans and coordinate all human resources management activities of the company to maximizing the strategic use of human resources and maintaining functions such as employee compensation and benefits, recruitment, training, performance appraisal, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.
I am as HR Director Counselor and provides balanced opinion on organizational issues.
I always have strong relations with Executives and Managers, trust and respect employees and shares the responsibility for achieving the Company's goals and targets.
