Panel Operator
Performed plant operations. Commissioned compressors and machines. Reviewed procedures and verified accuracy of procedures as part of Qatargas’s expansion and new plant opening. Seconded to Dolphin Energy Ltd. for commissioning of Stream one. Contributed as part of a team of 10 to assist the company with the start-up of a new plant for Dolphin Energy. Ensured accuracy of operating / commissioning procedures and manuals, and act as focal point for the company.
Seconded to Rasgas (Train5) for commissioning activities in 2006. Studied and compared Upstream Condensate Treatment System (Merichem) and Sour Water System. Applied knowledge and understanding of processes, procedures, and systems necessary for the commissioning the Units.
Loaded condensate, LNG, LPG, and Sulphur at Qatargas OPCO Ltd., a joint venture of Qatar Petroleum, Total, Exxon-Mobil, Mitsui, and Marubeni, with LNG production capacity of 9.8 MMTPA. Monitored and controlled loading arms and other systems.
Performed commissioning, start-up, normal operating procedures, and shutdown of BOG compressors and a Glycol Regeneration system for Inlet receiving.
