Presently working in L&T E&C through Aarvi encon consultancy as QA/QC engineer posted in Panipat (Mar’09 – Till date).
Responsible to lead contractor’s engineers in maintaining quality in Piping mechanical of CPP at Panipat Naphtha Cracker Project Site (Capacity 235.5MW) – Panipat Refinery (I.O.C.L.).
Configuration of the Plant:
• 5 GTGs (25.6 MW – Hitachi, Japan), 3 STGs (36.8 MW-BHELSteam Turbines, India), 2 UBs (406.5 TPH-Ansaldo Caldaie, Italy), 5 HRSGs (95 TPH – L&T, India), Condensate System, Feed Cycle Equipment, Auxiliary Cooling Water System, Fuel Oil Tanks, Gas Conditioning Skid, Fire Protection System excluding Pumps and HVAC System.
Service Category and quantum of the assigned work:
• Alloy steel pipe (Inch dia. 10,500) used for taking SHP steam generated in boiler and HRSG to STG where power is generated.
• CS IBR pipe (Inch dia. 30,000) used for taking HP, MP and LP steam which are generated from SHP steam by using PRDS to various systems for various applications.
• CS NON IBR pipe (40,000 Inch dia) used for taking cooling water, fire water, oil
sewage, chemical sewage and storm water from origin to respective destination.
