•Installation of Alcatel Lucent Indoor and Outdoor BTS (900, 1800), Antenna, Feeders, Jumpers, Connectors and VSWR Testing for Upgrade/New Greenfield and Rooftop sites of Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) L+4 Project.
•Indoor/Outdoor Installation, Alignment and Commission of Alcatel Lucent AWY and LX/UX Microwave Radio for New Sites of Etihad Etisalat (Mobily).
•Installation, troubleshooting, testing and commissioning of Base Transceiver Stations and Microwave antennas for ZAIN Mobile Telecom (MTC) Project and Etihad Etisalat (Mobily).
•Indoor BTS cabling, RF cabling, Power and Battery connections, Jumper and Grounding connections, prepare connectors
•Supervise/ Guide team for Antenna height, azimuths, electrical and mechanical tilts both GSM and DCS
•Layout all BTS related hardware required for new cell site and network expansion projects.
•Perform Preliminary/Final Acceptance Test (AT) .BER Testing, DTF, VSWR, Return Loss, and Cable Loss checks, Power measurements, etc.
•Perform GSM Site inspection, equipment check and preventive maintenance of BTS and MW elements.
•RF Survey and Hot-Spot Surveys.
•Coverage and capacity planning according to the necessity
•Recommendation of RF Specifications of the sites including tower height to meet the coverage objective.
•Responsible for Microwave antenna height.
•Conduct Line-of-Site survey for transmission connectivity and path profile (map study) for all candidate sites.
•Determine/Propose antenna locations, height, azimuths, electrical and mechanical tilts
•Used GENEX PROBE, TEMS 5.1, 7.1, 9.0 for drive test, data collection, checking cable swapping.
•Finding and solving problems like Handover, Interference and Call drops.
•Suggest for the change of BCC H and BSIC for better network performance.
•Neighbors list analysis, interference and coverage analysis and to suggest for changes to be made in network to optimize the given network.
•Site Planning as per coverage and capacity requirement.
•Analyzing traffic data to suggest Capacity Addition.
