Feb 2008 – Present: Advisor

For the army I am working as a solider with 724th engineering unit, my responsibility in addition as a soldier and interpreter is to coordinate with Iraq army engineering unit training and advising for progress planning and monitoring of a number of projects. That included bridges and constructions, I am working on several software packages such as word, Excel and Power Point, I am working with these Programs to collect scheduling information and update project schedules.

My responsibility include, Creating and maintaining integrated activity schedules, monitoring service activity for each airline company, generating timely reports and analyses for each team. Tasks include Excel and Word reporting and management.
Work Experience with US/British Organization:
Feb 2005 – Nov 2007: Project Controls Engineer, Foster Wheeler, US army, GRD – Oil Sector, Iraq, London
For the Gulf Region Division (GRD) US army- Iraq Oil Sector Reconstruction Project
Project controls and scheduling for 250 oil sector projects for Iraq Ministry of Oil. Tasks include Primavera (P5 & P3), Maximo, Excel and Access, Daily, Weekly and monthly reporting and management of automated progress reporting for the Oil ministry.
My responsibility include, Creating and maintaining integrated project schedules, monitoring project performance, generating accurate and timely reports and analyses.
As a part of the project controls task often traveled to South, North Iraq (Basra, Kirkuk) to coordinate with the South, North Oil Company and South, North Gas Company, for progress planning and monitoring of a number of projects that included power plants, gas oil separation, pump and compressor stations, water treatment stations, pipelines, NGL/LPG Plant and Well work-over.
Also assisted in coordinating capacity development training projects for South Oil Company (SOC) and South Gas Company (SGC) engineers, for preparing and managing Long Term Service Agreement (LTSA) for power plants (Gas turbines), I accompanied the oil company trainees for the LTSA training session at FWEL Reading-UK as a coordinator and translator.
