1. EPRF-II Project (ENAR PETROLEUM REFINING FACILITIES-II)
Worked as a member of ERPF Process Engineer team and responsible for:
• Development of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Utility Flow Diagrams (UFD) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) of process & utility area as well as loading & decanting system for product and crude.
• Involve in writing process design documentation including the process basis of design, design philosophies and other reports.
• Carryout heat & material balance, hydraulics & thermal calculations of complete plant.
• Development of process data sheets for equipments/Instruments/Package items/Control & Safety valves.
• Provide assistance in design of heat exchangers battery as well as air coolers for the system.
• Involve in preparation of detailed network design of Steam generation system and Cooling water system for ERPF-II project.
• Development of fire water system for project by using NFPA 20 standard and detailed analysis for storage (i.e. tanks farms) for products & crude.
• Prepare design basis package for nitrogen blanketing / distribution system for project by using concerned codes & standards.
• Technical bid evaluation and vendor correspondence.

2. CDU Revamp-II Project (Bosicor Pakistan Limited)

 Hot Oil System
• Develop design basis, basic and detailed engineering of system by assessment of revamp phase-II load.
• Perform revamp study of each system and provide technical assistance regarding plant modifications.
• Assessment of fuel storage facility & development of fuel balancing strategy for each system.
• Carry out process simulation for each system on HYSYS.
• Prepare Utility Flow Diagrams (UFDs), Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), heat & material balance (HMB) of each system.
• Carry out designing/rating of parallel pre-heat train exchangers and concerned equipments.
• Perform hydraulics study/rating of piping, pumps, control & safety valves.
• Develop technical proposal (EDS Package) with assessment of process options for each system.
Worked as a member of Process Engineer team for Caustic Concentrator design package as well as preparation of Hypo-Chlorite Engineering design system.
