INDUSTRIAL HEALTH SAFETY ENVIROMENTAL

• To prepare a HSE plan for organization in line with scope which can sets and monitor activities and target.
• To monitor and review the plan as and when required.
• Ensuring the compliance to the Scope of work and HSE procedures.
• Check and improve awareness of staff on HSE policies and other safety measures.
• Check the adequacy of the staff training.
• Prepare and monitor the monthly HSE activities as per HSE plan.
• Ensuring the Job Pre start/specific tool box talks is carried out by section heads.
• Conduct safety / Tool box talk meeting with all staff in sections and ensure the appropriate records are maintain.
• Investigate and record all incidents, Accidents, Near miss etc for to avoid the reoccurrence.
• Employee development and performance management skills.
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Experience in conducting routine and follow-up safety and hazard inspections.
• Monitor all other HSE activities as per the scope of the organization.
