I have gained work experience (in India, Australia and Middle East) in the design & construction field. In this tenure I have worked extensively on Design & Build projects which has enabled me to grasp vast ‘on site as well as off site’ experience.

Some attributes of my role have been - managing on site labour, various contractors and sub contractors, managing teams of draftsmen, junior architects as well as various consultants. Creating conceptual design, feasibility study, site surveying, sketch designing, design development, council submissions, chairing client and site meetings, budgeting, site procurement, obtaining quotes from sub contractors, approving progress claim certificates, supervision of material and workmanship quality, management of time and labour to attain on time completion to final handing over of site.

I am an Australian Citizen and have completed my ‘Bachelor of Architecture’ and ‘Bachelor of Planning, Design and Construction’ Degrees from University of Melbourne, Australia. Prior to this I have completed a 3 years ‘Diploma in Architecture’ from New Delhi (India).
