-Screened more than 1500 candidate’s resumes.
-Made more than 1000 placement tests.
-Interviewed more than 800 candidates.
-Assisted project managers in selecting the right instructors on these projects.
-Provided training to qualified candidates.
-Evaluated trainee’s progress and improvement.
