• Repair &maintenance of oil industries equipments such as: pumps ,compressors ,exchangers ,diesels ,valves ,pipelines and other related machineries.
• Good experience in modification, repairing and maintenance for all kind off valves in different classes and sizes.(class 600 to 2500 ANSI and 5000API. From 2inch to 30 inch).
• Manage &planning of any type of Preventive Maintenance and executing the PM(preventive maintenance) and CM(condition monitoring)system .

• Supervision on the correct execution of piping system from the viewpoint of installation based on standard and the map designed by the consulting engineering company.


• Identification and placing order spare parts for all of machinery and equipment related to gas oil industry.
• Supervision on the installation and commissioning of all the equipments related to mechanic unit including valves, compressors, diesels, pumps, chemical injection package systems
• Preparing workshop layout and installation and commissioning of necessary machines and preparing related tool for 3 workshop.
• Designing the related piping system in gas gathering fields and executing in accordance with related Standards.
• Installation and commissioning of 50% of the transfer pumps of gas oil, water and anti-corrosion and anti-frost materials.
• supervision on the correct execution of piping system and installation all of the equipments related to 35 wells plus 4 collection center .
• Cooperation and direct supervision on the correct execution of hydro tests, NDT tests (radiography, PT and ultrasonic).
• Execution of pigging the well pipelines in the TABNAK &VARAVI gas field.
• Collection of all the equipments available in the location of 10 gas wells and preparation of the well area for the installation of drilling pole and returning and re-installation of all the equipments in the location of the well and hydro testing and commissioning the related well.
• Overall repair of operational areas are commenced based on the repair regulations of Iran oil industry.
• Design, order-placing, execution and commissioning of corrosion inhibitor injection system into the production tubing space.
• Modification and troubleshooting of the design of flow control valves manufactured by Copes Vulcan Co.
