„Ï Entire project execution including co-ordination with customers, consultants, EPCs, PMCs etc. Lead, drive and co-ordinate all project and site activities in accordance to contract agreement. „Ï Scrutiny of contract and/or tender for proper understanding of scope and requirements. Proper understanding of commercial, insurance, transportation, technical requirements. Clearly understand the company liabilities through out the completion of project. Highlight any clause which is not covered under normal acceptance criteria of company policies. „Ï Clearly understand the requirement of Bank Guarantee. Initiate action related to submission of Advance or Performance Bank Guarantee informing proper validity and claim period.
„Ï Internal Kick off (take over) meeting with sales and marketing team to understand the contract scope and the identified potential risk areas
„Ï Project Scheduling (PERT/BAR Chart) for monitoring of engineering, procurement, fabrication, site activities and other scope for proper progress. Time to Time review with entire team to identify any slippage from the agreed schedule and to decide & implement recovery plan if required. „Ï Co-ordinate with internal function groups to discuss the available time schedule for completion of entire scope of work. Explore possibilities of optimum utilization of resources with out affecting completion schedule. „Ï Kick off Meeting with client/consultants along with pre-requisites, concern areas which may affect project schedule. „Ï MIS reports for customer & company management related to Payments, Receivable, Resources, Revenues and Project Progress & Completion Schedules etc. „Ï Managing budgets and profitability
„Ï Use personal competency, technical expertise and experience to explore cost effective alternates/solutions. „Ï Ensure compliance of all company policies/procedures including Quality and Safety at each stage of the project. Co-ordinate with safety and quality group for project specific documentation, if required. „Ï Maintain and develop good and healthy relations with client, consultants, PMCs, EPCs, Contractors, Suppliers, and Independent Inspection Agencies. „Ï Co-ordination with procurement team for expediting ordering. Get involved in techno-commercial negotiations with vendors/suppliers, if required. „Ï Hand Over of system to customer after successful completion of commissioning.
