Additional Information
Sir or Madame:
During my career I have enjoyed and continue to experience great opportunities for advancement. First starting as a shop welder and continuing my education I transitioned into specialty NDT work. Becoming a CWI in 2004 allowed me to pursue contract QC positions for several leading Industrial Contractors.
Becoming a Quality Assurance Representative in 2007 has allowed me to hone my auditing and inspection skills with the largest refiners in the world. This experience gave me the confidence to accept a Quality Assurance Manager position in Mexico; enforcing the plants quality program, oversight, and acceptance of all construction activities.
I have been awarded an Associate’s Degree in welding technology by Tulsa Welding School. I am certified by AWS as a Welding Inspector of good standing for 6 years, and have previously held certifications in accordance with ASNT as a Level II inspector in PT, MT, and UTSW.
My educational background including my international field experience and certifications make me a qualified candidate for this position. I look forward to discussing how my skills can be of value to your project.
Sincerely,
David A Michael
