Working as a Construction Inspection Engineer for two HRSGs & Auxiliaries supplied by CMI / SKODA consortium "10042-9-CP105" [Heat Recovery Steam Generator vertical type, 345 t/h, 134 bar, 556„aC, (2-2-1)Triple Pressure + Reheat Natural Circulation].
MY ASSIGNED RESPONSIBILITIES CAN BE SUMMARIZED AS FOLLOW:
1-Review of project scope of works, drawings and technical specification and check the contract quantities with respect to actual work to be done and prepare documentation for any variation for extra work request.
2-Review and approval for all the submitted work procedures by contractor for the project.
3-Verification of the contractor¡¦s quality control procedures.
4-Checking the certification of materials delivered to site.
5-Review and approval of the contractor¡¦s site proposals.
6-Coordination between the contractor¡¦s and the other relating departments.
7-Full supervision of mechanical construction activities are completed in accordance with the specification, engineering standards and any other referenced documents and vender documentations, and to ensure that all mechanical works are executed in accordance with approved QA/QC plans, related to rotary, stationary equipments, critical piping and PUNCH LIST issuing.
8-Carrying out the Final Construction Walk down, and Hydrostatic testing monitoring.
9-Inspection and Calibrating Cold & Hot settings of all pipes supports.
10-Review daily, weekly and monthly project reports (progress reports).
11-Hold weekly, monthly meeting with contractors as required.
12-Handovers on completion.
13-Commissioning / startup Engineer for the above scope.
14-Maintenance Engineer achieved the following:
ƒ¤Spare parts list reviewing with equipments sectional drawings against contract requirements.
ƒ¤Preparing and applying periodic maintenance plans according to O&M manuals.
ƒ¤Preparing the lists of consumables.
ƒ¤Studying, selection, approval and taking over of general maintenance tools and workshop equipments.
*09/2006:06/2007:- Working As The Owner Mechanical Commissioning/Startup Engineer for SIEMENS gas turbines 2X250 MW "10042-9-CP101"in Kureimat II combined cycle project
*10/2004:09/2006: Working as an executive manager of the general maintenance workshop in Kureimat steam power plant "2X627 MW".
