 Undertake timely, accurate, and cost effective investigations, surveys and leveling exercises to define and map hydro projects.
 Analyze survey results, maps, site photographs, and other topographical or geologic data to plan and design hydro projects.
 Perform hydraulic and structural analysis; establish design criteria, design assumptions, and methods of design.
 Plan and design hydro civil structures, following engineering codes, standards and practices, using design software and computer-aided drawing programs.
 Ensure that design and survey information is technically accurate for the specific hydroelectric power project.
 Effectively use and share knowledge and experience in computer aided drafting and design systems in the most efficient manner in applying design techniques to enhance and expand the design services capabilities.
 Prepare civil quantity estimates; coordinate with and update cost estimator as regards changes to design.
 Prepare survey briefs and supervise contract surveyors as necessary.
 Participate or assist in surveying to layout installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction.
 Ensure that requirements of the project, government laws and policies, and the concerns of the community are taken into account during investigation and design processes.
 Manage, document, and follow procedures for engineering management, including quality control, documentation of decisions, and administrative filing and document control.
 Maintain strict confidentiality of highly restricted survey reports and detailed design documentation.
 Ensure that culture of the project staff is aligned with the core values of the organization and the community.
 Ensure that the activities are being carried out in accordance with policies and guidance established by the organization including Health, Safety, Environment and Social policies.

I have completed my Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Construction in 2004 and my internship program for Civil Engineering is almost completed. This internship program has developed a comprehensive training and experience to handle the construction projects. I have gained an extensive knowledge on different matters of construction like mapping, designing and maintenance of structure. I am confident to plan new projects and examining the older as well. I have appropriate understanding of construction technology and the risk assessment techniques along with proper material fit to building.
