In June 2009, I joined Imad trading & contracting Co. which had been awarded a project for construction of recovery of Sulfur up gradation of Shedgum Gas plant of all five trains. It¡¦s a LSTK Project.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

ľ Established professional credibility in the areas of project, Planning & Scheduling, Costing, Resource mobilization planning and monitoring to ensure execution within defined time/cost parameters.
ľ Co ordination with Discipline Engineers/ Designers for Document status, Approvals and Progress.
ľ Identifying all critical paths within a project by using float path analysis.
ľ Integrating schedules from engineering, procurement and con-subcontractors to create a master program Schedule.
ľ Creating S-curves and Histograms.
ľ Quick plans for the upcoming day, week or month to ensure everyone know what they are responsible for.
ľ Identify the Critical Activities and Critical path of the project and co ordinate with all Discipline Engineers to ensure that all the activities falling on critical path are completed on time so as not to delay the project.
ľ Monitor the progress against the base line schedule

1. PRIMAVERA PROJECT PLANNER TRAINING:

In July 2006, I got admittance for the training of Primavera Project Planner in well known Institute (KLG Gurgaon) which is registered by Primavera organization. Here I got hands on Training on P6.0 and theoretical knowledge as well. I acquired good knowledge about controlling & scheduling the projects.

2. INDUSTRIAL TRAINING:

In October 2001, I had been be sent to the Asia¡¦s 2nd biggest Steel Plant situated at Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand, for an additional training for increasing practical knowledge and getting better working skills in an Industrial Environment.

I got admission in ¡§APTECH LTD.¡¨ for acquiring knowledge about computer Software¡¦s. Later on gradually by the time I got vast knowledge about operation of different computer software¡¦s mentioned below:
