„X Manages all phases of terminal operation: tanker receiving, storing, and delivery of petroleum products.
„X In charge of managing and control of transportation of products to customers and ensuring compliance with local laws and corporate safety and environmental standards as well as ensuring the efficiency of the order entry/dispatch, and billing processes.
„X Ensures HES standards are met by personnel. Acts as approving/issuing authority of critical work permits of contractors.
„X Ensures proper maintenance of all terminal equipment
„X Manages operating gain/loss performance of products and ensures performance are within tolerance.
„X Responsible in the financial performance and cost control of opex budget.
„X Determines appropriate and needed capex projects, and presents proposal/justifications.
„X Ensures completed contractor projects comply with the approved scope of work.
„X Facilitates meetings (e.g. staff, safety, industry, etc.) and initiates in resolving issues that may arise.
„X Performs incident/accident investigations and recommends preventive measures.
