Additional Information
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
a) Process and prepare all the necessary documents for recruitment of
employees(coordination with placement consultants, arrangement of interviews, job offers, contract, joining forms and formalities joining intimations, etc)
a) Issuance of Company Identity cards, Medical insurance coverage, medical cards, updating of database,
b) Maintenance of employee database in the EFS system
c) Handle and secure original passport and other delicate documents.
d) Coordinate with accounts for the payments, salaries, pay slips, or any employee related payments.
e) Monitor and maintain hard copy to employee’s file and to database of the items issued to them.
f) Process payroll of the employees, exit clearance, gratuity, and final settlement.
g) Create and maintain forms relegated to employees like leave, training requests, air ticket, etc.
h) Create files for new joiners.
i) Create correspondence both internal and external pertaining to hr department.
j) File all correspondence.
k) Develop and maintains a current and accurate filling system.
l) Assist in preparing offer letters/ termination letters/promotion letters/warning letters etc.
m) Performance management system, organize and conduct “Getting ready for appraisal” (GRA)
n) Handle the board calls at the absence of receptionist.
o) Maintain variety of logs
p) Respond to public and employee queries
