♦ Control and coordinate daily HSE occupation for 07 rigs
♦ Control and approve all daily, weekly and monthly reports send from rig safety officers as:
▪ Daily HSE Tour, QHSE report
▪ Minute of weekly meeting
▪ Monthly HSE report.
♦ Issue monthly statistics and KPI for all rigs and base
♦ Issue event report if there is (LTI, MTC, FAC, near miss, assets damage, environmental accident/spills and others) and make investigation if necessary
♦ Carry out regulars visits and issue the inspection report and follow the remedial action
♦ Carry out audits.
♦ Update the JSA (job safety analysis) if necessary
♦ Update and create HSSE procedures, policies and forms if necessary
♦ Prepare or develop the bridging documents with client
♦ Team leader of HSE projects as ISO 14001 certificate (EMS and all environmental procedures such as waste management, water management, noise control and hazardous materials and chemical), IADC HSE case
