Professional Experience

1. Assists the Admin and HR Manager in preparing/planning the OPEX/CAPEX budgets of the Admin and HR Department for the succeeding year and submits this to her superior for review and approval.

• Plans, allocates and controls assignments of subordinates including daily operational budgets under her cognizant based on the approved budget.

2. Assists in processing for the hiring of new employees.

• Conducts interviews and manages the selection of applicants to fill vacant positions.
• Conducts examinations and tests for new applicants and processes the hiring based on company procedure.

3. Assists in managing the administrative functions of the company to include office works, and dispatching.

• Ensures that all employees under his/her cognizant abide with PSPC, SGEI and UPMSI rules and regulation for safety, security and discipline.

4. Assists in managing company records to include employees 201 file, medical and disciplinary actions records.

• Keeps complete files for all company records under the cognizant of Admin and HR Department. Updates the documents for new development and changes and delete superseded records.
• Maintaining and safe keeps all employment records, including a complete file of employee’s leaves (sick, emergency, and vacations).

• Plans and Organizes training needs of all employees and coordinates with PSPC Authorities in other related requirements prior to its implementation.

• Implements and controls the company’s training program. Organized the training modules, venue and resource persons and coordinates with other department to schedule the availability of the participants.

5. Assists in the proper handling of employee’s benefits, to include employee’s entitlement for leaves and retirements.

• Keeps a complete file of employee’s individual benefits including medical, accident insurances and retirement plans
• Maintains complete records of annual leaves (vacation, emergency, sick, maternity/paternity including entitlements and balances)
