Piping Engineer with 7.5 Years Experience

Total 8 years experience in Piping Engineering activities, out of which about 5 years in the role of Senior Piping Engineer where I have handled a group of about 5-10 people for various oil and gas projects, 3 years in the role of Piping Designer. I have experience in Detail Engineering, Basic Engineering, Concept Study, Process Platforms, RMS and Production Station Piping, Refinery Piping, Pulp and Paper industry, Power Piping, Chemical Plants piping projects etc. My current role as Engineer involves Project Planning, Co-ordination with client/ site on project related issues, Preparation of Plot Plans, Equipment layouts, Key Plans, GA drawings, Isometrics, Piping Bulk MTO, Preparation of Piping Material Specifications/ Valve Specifications, Data sheets for Specialty items, Vendor document review and review of models prepared by designers. I have also experience on Site survey’s for both onshore and offshore facilities. I have experience in Preparation of Basic Piping Study Drawings, Reviewing of P&ID’s, Checking of Stress Analysis Reports, and Involvement in Hazop study, Participation in Design Reviews etc. Knowledge in ANSI and Dutch Standards. Responsible for start-up, database creation, customization and administration of the one of the Bentley Auto plant project at Vopak Vlaardingen Tank Farmation Project, Netherlands. Team player with excellent organization, presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
