A mechanical engineering graduate with 10 years experience on oil & gas projects and overseas based Petrochemical Project, as project engineer & expediting /procurement- engineer.

• Conversant with International Material standards like ASME, ASTM, etc
• Conversant with ERP Package (SAP-MM)
• Well experienced in

? Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
? Accountable for the successful completion of engineering projects.
? Requires extensive regular contact with assigned project Clients.
? Assist in the preparation of engineering project proposals.
? Budget monitoring and trend tracking.

? Procurement of material for Heavy Engineering projects, pressure vessels, Oil and Gas industry, Gas Pipelines projects, etc.
? expedite activities or purchase items at various vendors to meet the project’s schedule
? Handling procurements for EPC Engineering Projects from vendor selections, technical and commercial discussion, establishing of PO's, arranging and getting the items with third party Inspection.
? Procurement of Capital items for Fabrication workshops and Engineering Projects.
? Procurement of welding electrodes, filler wires and slag as per the AWS specification.
? Developing procurement strategies and biding processes for various projects
? Vendor assessment, evaluation and development.
? Handling importing of goods, establishing Letter of credit, wire transfer payments and various negotiable instruments.


? Mechanical engineer with sound practical and theoretical knowledge in engineering, construction, safety and quality requirements for oil and gas environment
? To ensure safety standards and procedures are implemented and followed in accordance with contract requirements and Company guidelines.
? Identification of sub-system limits and updating of limits in line with latest revision of P&ID's
? Development of test diagrams with P&ID's and isometrics.
? Preparing the hydro test packs with mark up test diagrams and relevant attachments
? Hands on experience as field construction & pre -commissioning coordinator.
? Hands on experience as hydro test co-ordinator & tie in coordinator
Prepare weekly, monthly status reports
? Working experience in Project Automation Systems:
o InVisionR : This system Provides up-to-date visualization of construction data/status accessed from multiple location .It facilitate field productivity
o Working experience in design software’s like Auto cad , proE and ansys
