Job profile:-
Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts.

Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met

Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems

Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures
Amortization of prepaid expenses, Expense accrual & Fixed Asset register management.

Monthly forecasting of the required funds and coordinate with group treasury for the availability of necessary funds in the bank accounts.

Monthly reconciliation of creditors statement and eliminate disputes if any with suppliers.
Computerized Bank Reconciliation, Inter Company, Creditors Reconciliation
Reconciliation of AP-GL control accounts.
Co-ordination and Supervision of annual Stock take of the stores
Review the contract with the suppliers and make sure that prices are updated in the system as per the contracted price.
Co-ordination with Internal / External Auditors for periodical audit.
Verification of credit card sales and bank reconciliations.
Reconciliation of bank statements.
