Drilling / Process Design multi skilled Engineer

To be an established and multi-skilled Wellsite / Project Engineer / Accounts Manager.

Experience involving in Design Engineering constitutes:-
• Responsible to produce mark up drawings for modification, detailed design calculation for modified process facilities, cross check drawings with isometric drawings.
• Involved in various stages of design such as Conceptual, Detailed Design Engineering, and Detailed Design Calculation mostly for Brown Fields projects.
• Knowledgeable in relevant International Codes and Standards: DEP’s, API etc.
• Familiar with Aspen HYSYS software.

Experience involving in Business Development:-
• Assist in managing the S/T offshore personnel.
• Attend clients’ morning rig call meetings when required.
• Assist in preparing technical and commercial tenders for prospective clients.
• Involved with team in cultivating existing and build new business relationships to expand company’s market share.

Experience involving in Completion & Well Intervention and Drilling Operation:-
• Drilling, Completion and Well Clean Up Operations Prior to Production With West Alliance Rig in Sabah and Sarawak Water.
• Workover and Well Intervention Operations With Support Station 3 (SS3) Barge in Sabah and Sarawak Water.
• Create & submit daily operation report (DDOR) with Landmark Openwells Software.
• Liaise and communicate with Well / Completion Engineer in town for way forwards and reporting purposes.
• Conduct toolbox meeting during Toolbox Meeting to service hands in a daily basis.
• Involve in cost performance status, and trouble shoot to 5-10% within AFE Cost.
• Provide End of Well Report (EOWR) and Action after Review (AAR) at the end of every campaign. Get involved in the Post Drilling Report (PDR) for well performance analysis with Well Engineers.
• Manage and align vessel schedule / planned operation with actual operation.
