Electrical & instrumentation Technician (1c)-Casual/temporary.
 Routine preventative maintenance on electrical apparatus including transformers, power generators, switchgear, electrical controls.
 General servicing & over-hauling of 2.4 Kilo-volts power generators & electrical starters (sizes 1 to 3).
 Worked both offshore (shift rotation) & on-shore (tank farm facilities & marine section) performing trouble-shooting & servicing tasks to various equipment & components, including Company’s fleet of marine vessels.
2005-2008 BRANDT/VENWELL INT’L San Fernando.
Solids Control Technician.
 Involved in the processing & ‘polishing’ of the drilling fluid (mud) on a drilling rig using high speed rotating equipment (commonly known as centrifuges).
 Responsible for all electrical testing & commissioning of electrics on centrifuges.
 Liaising and interacting with mud engineer, driller, tool-pusher, Company’s rep. and other senior personnel with respect to controlling the mud weight, collecting of mud and ‘cuttings’ samples to perform various tests when requested.

 Electrical engineering (domestic level).
 Electrical engineering (industrial level).
 Domestic electronics servicing.
 Transformer technology, servicing & maintenance.
 Programmable logic controllers.
 NEBOSH certified in Occupational Health, Safety and Environment.
 Certified Helicopter landing officer (H.L.O).
 ISO 14001-awareness training.
 OSHA certified in H.S.E.Q. & the transporting (Marine) of dangerous goods/cargo.
 OSHA certified in General Construction Industry.

NOTE: It is also my intention to continue my studies in HSE, Electrical/ Electronics Technology and other areas so that I can become more versatile and for a brief period, I worked at BHP Billiton’s tank farm facilities at Beach Field as a ‘contract/casual employee’ through Eastern Divers. I am also willing to undergo/participate in any training sessions (local/abroad) that would enhance my job functions at your company. Also working a ‘rotational shift’ system would not be a problem for me and yes, I’m also computer literate.
