Senior Level Material Control Manager with vast experiences for over 19 Years in multiple disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil; job exposures of Project Management, EPC Management, Supervision, Technical Documentation & Work Instruction, Control and Material Control, Expediting in the field of Oil & Gas Industry. Being a Procurement Engineer, Warehouse Manager and Material Control Manager, I am responsible for all purchasing activities, warehouse activities such as organizing, implementing procedures for the control and administration of the store personnel, buildings, storages areas, mechanized handling equipment, receiving, inspection, preservation, storing and issuing of materials and equipment in order to comply with the master construction schedule. Procurement activities such as review site requisition that includes BOQ, Data Sheet, Specifications & drawings as well, vendor sourcing, cost evaluation, supplier(s)/vendor(s) pre-qualification evaluation. Exposed to numerous project that includes; logistic & procurement, engineering construction, expediting and warehousing for the following; Petrochemical Processing Plant, Ethylene Expansion Project, Gas & Oil Separation Plant, Fertilizer Plant, LNG Plant, Crude Oil & Gas Export Pipeline Project, Dow Corning Silane Siloxane Project-Phase-1 and Building Constructions.

A graduate in Technological Institute of the Philippines (1984) – Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
