Project/Cost Accountant

„XOverall clerical management responsibility for ensuring effective and efficient operation of administration and financial/accounting functions for the project side of the business
„XPlan, organize and direct administrative services including reporting, personnel policies, personnel documents and records, data processing, payroll and purchasing processes
„XWork in collaboration with the project managers on the tender, bid, award and project mobilization processes
„XMaintain good and lasting working relationship with all parties involved in the tender, bid, award and mobilization processes
„XDevelops and produces monthly financial documents and forecasts including summaries/analyses
„XEstablish end of month management reporting and ensures adequate formal and informal reporting to the Project Manager
„XAnalyze and interpret financial aspect of contract and actively participate in the formulation of contract administration
„XEnsures invoicing/claims to clients is conducted on a timely manner and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contracts
„XEnsures creditors are paid in accordance with company and statutory regulations
„XPrepare all payments for Project Managers validation
„XEnsures all statutory obligations are met on time and providing a prompt reliable report by ensuring accurate flow of information
„XValidation of company payments following Project Manager approval
„XConducts any other tasks assigned by Project Manager and Finance Manager
